NCG Medical Systems, Inc. announced today that its Perfect Care® practice management software was ranked No. 1 in customer satisfaction, according to the 2004 Computer/Web Site Utilization survey conducted by the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management (PAHCOM).
The medical software provider is the only privately held company to make the list, and the only company that maintained and exceeded its high customer satisfaction rating by moving up two spots from its 2002 ranking. NCG Medical achieved an overall rating of 4.25, making the company and its software the highest- ranked service provider in the survey.
